This portable honey color analyzer measures the percent of light transmittance of honey compared to analytical reagent grad glycerol (calibration fluid.) This transmittance value allows identification of the honey Pfund grade. This unit is rugged and simple to use with easily identifiable readings. Measures a range of 0 - 150 mm Pfund.
