Honey & Syrup Pump

This gear pump has been designed specifically for pumping high viscosity liquids. It has a built-in relief valve with 1 1/2" (3.81 cm) ports. Pumps 6 - 8 gallons (22.7 l - 30.27 l) per minute at 1750 rpm with 90º F (32º C) honey. 3/4 hp motor, 110 volt. Complete electric unit comes with motor. Pump with motor shown at right.

Progressive Cavity Pumps

Our 2 1/2" (6.35 cm) inlet progressive cavity pump can be shipped complete and features include a 2" (5.08 cm) outlet, 1 hp electric motor, 3 way sheave and an aluminum base for mounting. Capable of pumping 6 - 9 gallons (22.71 - 34.07 liters) per minute.

Try our 3" (7.62 cm) inlet, 2 1/2" (6.35 cm) outlet progressive cavity pump. This unit uses a single phase, 3 hp motor with a frequency drive and a variable/reversible speed control. This pump features a double length stator for increased suction and a sealed gear box.

2 1⁄2" (6.35 cm) Portable Lobe Pump & Motor

This pump means business! The 5 hp motor puts out 1760 RPM and is able to pump warm honey or syrup at 90 gallons (340.68 liters) per minute and cold honey or syrup at 45 gallons (170.34 liters) per minute. You can fill a tote with cold syrup in less than 6 minutes! The frequency drive lets you run this 3 phase unit with a single phase 220 volt power supply and the built in cart means you can take it anywhere with ease. Add a float switch (not included) to this unit to pump cappings with ease. The variable speed control allows for an operator controlled pumping speed.
