O ur hive bodies and supers are crafted with our custom built equipment, beginning with a precision cut interlocking box joint. The second machine trims, rabbets, pre-drills and cuts the easy grip hand-holds.
Choose your unassembled boxes from three grades of pine: Select, Commercial or Budget.

SelectPrecisely cut 3/8 in rabbetThis is a premium grade and has the least amount of imperfections allowed. This grade allows small tight knots on the outside of the box small imperfections on the inside. No knots in the fingers, rabbets or hand holds are allowed. Nails are not included, available on page 27.
