With the withdrawal of the Terramycin 6.4 oz (181.43g) packet from the market we
recommend using the pre-mixed Terra-Pro or Terra-Patties® to ensure the proper dosage
every time!


Terra-Pro

Terra-Pro is a medicated feed mix which contains Terramycin™, Bee-Pro®, sucrose and other vitamins and minerals. It is recommended as an aid in the prevention and treatment of American and European Foulbrood. Terra-Pro should be fed early in the spring and fall and should be consumed by the bees before main honey flow begins.


Apply 2 level tablespoons (approximately 200 mg Oxytetracycline) of Terra-Pro mix to the outer edges of the top bars in the brood chamber. Avoid applying directly on new brood. Repeat this procedure for a total of 3 treatments at 4 to 5 day intervals in early spring prior to the honey flow and fall after honey supers have been removed. Remove at least 6 weeks prior to the honey flow. Do not apply when honey supers are present.
