This AC/DC powered pump/filling machine is so versatile that you can use the same unit for pumping feed off the truck or in the honey house for bottling! Completely programmable, this unit will fill within 3 grams of the desired amount. Honey or syrup does not have to be hot to flow through the fill head and it can lift honey 13 vertical feet! The electronics are easily detached for convenient cleaning of the unit. This is a surprisingly powerful, compact unit that can even be used for speed seeding creamed honey. The perfect addition to your EZ Fill Machine! The jars are placed on the stainless steel table top, which rotates moving the jars to the filler. A photo sensor stops the table and initiates the filling process. The filling amount is set with your filling machine (such as EZ Fill). When the jar is filled, the table moves again until the next jar is in position. The filled jars are then moved to the center of the table. The Programmable Logic Controller on the table can be programmed with 4 delays. This table works with the variety of containers but is best used with jars that are symmetrical in shape.
