This past year at Mann Lake Ltd. has been eventful as usual. We have developed new and improved feed options in patties, dry feed and liquid feed. As always, we have listened to your feedback and have done everything we can to get you what you want, when you want it. We rely on you, our customer to keep us on our toes and on the cutting edge of bee research and product development.

California Branch Our Woodland, California branch has expanded and has a new showroom to allow you to browse with a little more ebow room. Thanks go out to all our customers who have helped make our CA branch a
	success where we can offer convenience and lower shipping costs to both west coast residents and migratory beekeepers.

Sales

You can depend on our sales and customer service staff to get the job done. We can help you decide on product choices with up to date information. from candle making to beekeeping questions, if we don’t know the answer, we’ll find out who does even if that means directing you to a different supply company. We have all had hands-on beekeeping experience and can offer real world support. We believe in representing Mann Lake with integrity and a belief in the “golden rule”. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

Accounting

We call it our ‘accounting department’ but it is really so much more. We depend on these people for quality control, inventory issues, purchasing, invoicing, Information Technology, web coding, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and financial statements. As we grow, we put more demands on these super humans to do the job of 3 people in an 8 hour day! A special thanks to you for keeping our wheels oiled!

Shipping
As package delivery services change their policies, our shipping department continues to ‘think outside the box’ on ways to optimize your shipping dollar. It’s not easy to think simultaneously of cost savings and products arriving safely without damage but our people do it with style every day.

Warehouse
Our warehouse personnel are busy zipping around on forklifts, filling pick locations, loading trucks for LTL or full loads, unloading supply trucks and helping customers secure their pickup orders. Whether it’s ‘making it fit’ in a subcompact or securely tying down your load on a flatbed, they load it like it’s going to their own family, which in a way, it is!

Production
We continue to upgrade our production equipment and processes as we develop new products. As we increase efficiency with new machinery, our production personnel are up for the challenge. They develop new processes and procedures to make the most of their time and make the best possible products.
