The Speed King contains a sealed thermostat in the blade and is ready-to-use right out of the box. The temperature is pre-set at just the right temperature for uncapping. The uncapping blade is made of high grade #304 stainless steel, the knife is 10 inches long and 2 inches wide. It has a high watt density heater sealed right into the knife, which will heat the knife up to the desired temperature in 30 seconds. The heat will hold steady in all working conditions. It features a comfortable turned wood handle that stays cool to the touch. Contains an 8-foot grounded cord, 120 volt. Wattage 450/500. Includes 2-year manufacturer warranty.
