    Very Happy with this mold

    After trying several other types of taper molds, I am so glad that I sprung for this mold. Being able to pour eight tapers at once with such great results was so efficient, enjoyable, and gave me confidence filling my latest orders. Make sure to get the wicking tool if you don't already have one. Also, bobby pins work great for holding the wicks taut and centered while the candles cure.

    The best silicone mold available

    This mold releases the most beautiful shaped beeswax tapers without the use of a spray or oil. I use hair pins to hold the individual wicks centred and taught. I love being able to pour 8 at a time. I usually use metal molds and am equally happy with the sheen from this mold.

    I agree with the previous review, I can only make a couple candles at a time with this mold because of the wick issue. Do you have any ideas on how to make the entire mold usable? I wish I would have purchased the single taper mold instead as this was super expensive and I can't get much use out of it. I love your molds in general but this one needs some tips in the details.

    Makes beautiful candles but it is hard to get the wicks straight

    I have made some beautiful beeswax taper candles with this mold. That being said, I gave it 4 stars because I had to create a wooden beam that goes across the middle of the mold to get the wicks to be straight in the candles. This eliminates the 2 middle mold, this only creating 6 candles. Maybe someone has a better way to create straight wicks. But that was my best solution since no ideas were posted on the description of the product.
