I love this cover; however, the dimensions did not fit well for sitting on top of my deep, standard-sized boxes. The length was longer than the boxes, so it overlaps front to back only by a couple of inches, . I investigated inside of the triagle apex at the top and it is not insulated, just an open space, perhaps it be a great idea to put insulation in it as the space is there, or at least some insulating foam board on the inner surface
I have to say this is one beautiful cover with outstanding quality. Made my hives looking much better and different from the ones with standard telescopic covers. Product is very well packaged, wrapped, and protected. Almost as if it was a piece of furniture. If you are a guy who likes top notch and great looking products, this gorgeous cover is for you. Oh you have to paint the wood parts, but that’s super easy to do.
