Both Lori and I are more than satisfied with the gloves. For being economy they are of good quality. Just make sure you order the correct size. They fit great and you can easily work in them. If over sized they would be a little bulky
I purchased these gloves based on past experience with more affordable options, but they are significantly different from the ones I previously bought from Mann Lake. The cowhide material is much thicker than expected—more like wearing oven mitts, which makes fine movements difficult. Additionally, the odor from the curing process is quite strong and lingers on anything they touch. I attempted to use them despite these issues, but unfortunately, they now have some stains, making them ineligible for return. While they may work for yard work or handling firewood, I wouldn’t recommend them for beekeeping due to their lack of dexterity.
