Latest COVID Update - 5/29/20

In these trying times, open for business is anything but business as usual. Our supply chains have been strained with vendors closing for extended periods of time, our shippers delayed from covid shutdowns and delays and the cost of our raw materials and finished goods continuing to increase. We have done our best to insulate our customers, from these increases. Currently we have hit the point where we have no choice but to pass on added cost on where needed. We are confident that business will normalize again, although it likely will be a new normal. Do not be concerned, Mann Lake and its partner companies will weather this storm. As always, we appreciate your business and ask for your continued patience.

Is Mann Lake still open?

Yes, we are continuing to operate to serve the needs of our customers. Here is the status of each retail space:

Hackensack, MN: Open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.

Wilkes-Barre, PA:Starting May 16th, the retail store will be reopening. Customers will be required to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet. We will be closed on Sundays for the remainder of 2020.

Marshall, TX: As of June 1st, our retail space will be open to the public. Customers are not required to wear masks.p>

Woodland, CA: Open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.

Winter Haven, FL: Starting Monday, May 11th, the retail store will be reopening at 8 AM. Customers will be asked to wear a face mask when in the store to protect employees and fellow customers. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you one free of charge.

Are you still shipping orders?

Yes, we are continuing to fulfill orders and ship them out from all our locations to the best of our ability. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

I call and cannot get through. What should I do?

Due to increased use of phone and internet lines nationwide, some customers are experiencing issues when attempting to call us. Please wait and try again or contact us via email or our contact us form.

I have pre-ordered bees that are being shipped to me. Are they still being shipped?

Yes, shipped bees will still be delivered. We will reach out with exact ship and pick-up dates once we have them confirmed with our package bee supplier.

What can I expect for package bee pickup?

Due to COVID-19, Mann Lake is taking precautions to keep our customers safe as well as our staff and still be able to offer package bee pickups. This year, we are running our pickups like a drive-through. We will have you schedule your pickup time so that we can move you through as quickly and safely as possible. Details and a link to schedule your time will be emailed prior to your pickup.
