Yes, we are continuing to operate to serve the needs of our customers. Here is the status of each retail space:
Hackensack, MN: Open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.
Wilkes-Barre, PA: Our retail store is closed to the public. If you need to pick-up supplies at our Pennsylvania location, please call their direct number at 877-829-4077 to order and arrange pick-up.
Marshall, TX: Open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.
Woodland, CA: Open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.
Winter Haven, FL: Our store is currently open, however we will be limiting the number of customers allowed in at any given time. Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, we are continuing to fulfill orders and ship them out from all our locations to the best of our ability. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
I call and cannot get through. What should I do?
Due to increased use of phone and internet lines nationwide, some customers are experiencing issues when attempting to call us. Please wait and try again or contact us via email or our contact us form.
I have pre-ordered bees that are being shipped to me. Are they still being shipped?
Yes, shipped bees will still be delivered. We will reach out with exact ship and pick-up dates once we have them confirmed with our package bee supplier.
What can I expect for package bee pickup?
Due to COVID-19, Mann Lake is taking precautions to keep our customers safe as well as our staff and still be able to offer package bee pickups. This year, we are running our pickups like a drive-through. We will have you schedule your pickup time so that we can move you through as quickly and safely as possible. Details and a link to schedule your time will be emailed prior to your pickup.
