Any package with 1 ½” or more of dead bees spread evenly on the bottom of the package is eligible for a refund or replacement. To file a claim, simply submit a photo of the shipping label and the package showing more than 1 ½” of dead bees on the bottom of the package when spread evenly across the bottom via our website Package Bee Help. We make every effort to ship replacements, if available, on the earliest ship date possible. If we are unable to accommodate a replacement, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of submission.

    Randy Oliver package

by John Westman on May 06, 2025

The packages were stronger than I expected.I could count the dead at the bottoms, there were so few. Only problem I had was one queen did not make it. I got a hold of Mann Lake that day. The girl I talked to said I would have wait to the next week delivery from California to get my replacement queen. That Monday came and I received no notice of my queen delivery. I tried calling Mann lake all day . I could not get through. Finally got through to someone the next day. It took a good part of the day , and another call from me to get an answer. Now they can send a queen from California. She arrived the next day. All her attendants were dead stuck to the melted queen candy. She was emaciated. I put her in a nuc, and the bees released her a few days later. Time will tell of the out come. I did try communicating through email, and phone calls to Mann Lake about the condition of the queen. There has been no answer or reply from Mann Lake for almost a week now. Unfortunately I had to add one of my own queens to one of my Randy Oliver packages, because of the Mann Lake delays, so I can’t say how that nuc will compare. I’ve never had a problem with Mannlake over all these years. It’s like they’ve changed management, and now it’s a different company. Sad

by leigh ronczka on May 02, 2025

My first packaged bees ordered for mail delivery arrived timely via USPS with constant communication on status of order and shipping. Bees arrived delivered in a well ventilated sturdy secure plastic container with food for travel. Bees were healthy and active and easy to add to their new hive. Would definitely order again.

    First timer

by DAVID WILES on May 01, 2025

After doing a decent bit of reading on potential bees to get for my first hive. Decided on the golden west. Picked up my bees from the post office and found so few dead bees. They have been so gentle so far
