Product Details

Description

Our completely redesigned ventilated bee suit ensures you stay cool on hot days in the bee yard. A layer of rubberized netting is sandwiched between two layers of finely woven netting. Our ventilated suits have open netting on both the bee suit and the veil to allow a nice breeze to flow through, making you more comfortable even on the hottest day.

These beekeeping suits are cut generously, just like our Honey Maker® Bee Suits. This protective gear offers the freedom of movement and durable security you need from a bee suit. This ventilated suit has two chest pockets (one zippered), two side pant pockets, two pockets for hive tools, two back pockets, and reinforced fabric on the knees.

There are heavy-duty two-way zippers at the neck and the chest for easy on and off and a self-supporting collapsible round veil. The beekeeping suit protects you in every possible way, should you need it. It also features elastic at the wrist with an elastic thumb hold and heavy-duty zippers at the ankles.

Whether you're working with honey bees or any other type of bee, our beekeeping suit is designed to provide every beekeeper–amateur or commercial beekeepers–the extra protection and comfort they need.

Our bee suits have round veils for those who prefer them, ensuring you can stay protected. Pair this suit with our beekeeping gloves for extra security.

If you’re considering other bee suits, this beekeeping equipment stands out for its thoughtful design and durability.

    Not the Best

by Stephen Voth on May 19, 2025

I bought this suit about 3 years ago. The suit is heavy but it protects very well. The veil does not. When I lean forward to work my bees, my nose and/or lips can touch the screen. I’ve been stung on my nose twice before I put a patch of gorilla tape over that area of the screen. Without tape as an added layer of protection, you must be very attentive to the position of your face inside the veil. As a result of this , I rarely use this suit.

    vented beekeeping suit with veil

by ron on May 17, 2025

i bought this suit years ago and was the first kid on my block to have a vented suit... I still use it all the time, it's fantastic, roomy and baggy, great quality, metal zippers overlap, durable, and never got a sting. The fencing veil was new to me so I figured out wearing a visor baseball cap was helpful.

    Vented Bee suit

by DAVID BAIRD on May 13, 2025

I purchased this, earlier this month, specifically for my two more, spicy hives and got zero stings and was comfortable throughout the inspection, in 80F weather. Well worth the price tag.

    Not sized for petite women

by Canary on May 03, 2025

Good quality suit with less good proportions for small people. It would be nice if the makers of this suit realized that an extra small size is needed for short people particularly women who tend to have a shorter torso. At 5' tall I'm swimming in a small. Legs and arms are too long and the crotch wants to ride low.
