Description
The Improved Mann Lake Top Feeder Insert features a galvanized steel safety screen designed to reduce bee drowning.
This feeder is constructed of heavy-duty, single-piece plastic to provide a no-leak reservoir! Unpainted wooden surrounding measures 4-5/8"(11.43 cm x 49.85 cm) deep and fits all standard equipment. There is no comparison to the strength and durability this feeder provides over foam top-feeders.

Remove honey supers intended for human consumption prior to feeding.
Pro Tip: If this feeder runs completely empty or the syrup level gets very low, bees may crowd under the screen and struggle to find their way back, which can lead to drowning. To help prevent this, you can apply a bead of food-grade caulking along the bottom of the screen.
