This kit is made in the USA, wax dipped in a proprietary, bee friendly wax blend specifically formulated to enhance longevity of your woodenware. Woodenware is dipped at a high temperature, sterilizing the box, boiling moisture out and allowing the wax to impregnate the wood, resulting in up to 25 years of use in the field.

Not only does wax dipping offer excellent performance benefits, it provides a beautiful finish on the hive that will look great in your apiary!

What’s Included?

This kit comes completely assembled, featuring one wax dipped commercial grade hive body, 10 assembled frames with black Max Wax RiteCell foundation. The 10 frame wax dipped screened bottom board features a stapled-in screen that is reinforced to add extra strength. The slanted front of the bottom provides a landing board for your bees. On top, the 10 frame telescoping cover is also wax dipped to ensure you hive is protected from the elements for years to come. The 10 frame notched inner cover and entrance reducer are not wax dipped.
