ProVap 18-20 Li

No need for a power generator or heavy car batteries! The ProVap 18-20 Li is a cordless vaporizer that can be used with 20v Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, or Bosch lithium-ion batteries. Batteries are not included but are available almost everywhere tools are sold.

This model includes a NEW ProVap dispenser, an integral part of the vaporizer. You can now adjust the amount of oxalic acid you’re vaporizing into the hive from 1-4 grams with a simple twist of the dispenser dial! With the included dispenser, there’s no need for flipping of the vaporizer to get the oxalic acid into the heating vessel! There’s also no measuring of the oxalic acid. 

You just set the dial on the dispenser to the number of grams you desire, dip the dispenser tube into the oxalic acid (where it will “grab” the oxalic acid), and then place the dispenser into the PV18 heating chamber.

Hold and push down on the tube until you feel it lock into place, and tap the dispenser top to disburse the oxalic acid into the heating chamber. Easily adjust for each hive dosage by merely twisting the dial! Since there is no flipping of the vaporizer, hives on a single pallet are now a breeze. 

This vaporizer is most easily used from the back of the hive by drilling a 7/8” hole in the center of the bottom board, but it can be used at the front entrance as well. The ProVap 18-20 Li takes 1-1.5 minutes to reach a pre-set operating temperature of 230°C. 

The process takes approximately 20 seconds per hive when vaporizing with 2 grams of oxalic acid. Additional grams will require a slightly longer time.
